The tuition and fee schedule for the Kindergarten Enrichment Program (KEP) are as follows:

Fees:
Upon enrollment, a $175.00 deposit toward tuition is due and payable upon enrollment, beginning February 1st. In addition the non-refundable, Annual Student Activity Fee of $240.00 is due and payable upon enrollment, beginning February 1st. All totaling $415.00.
Families qualifying for free or reduced lunch may receive discount or waiver of Student Activity Fee.
Kindergarten Enrichment tuition is not subject to discount or waiver, regardless of free or reduced lunch qualification.
Payment Schedule:
The KEP balance of $2,925.00 will be paid in nine (9) monthly payments of $325.00 each on the 1st day of the month, September through May.
Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check, online credit card, and eCheck payments. Flagstaff Academy does not have a reoccurring auto payment option. Please contact your financial institution to arrange reoccurring payments.
Policies:
• Tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be charged for payments received after the 10th day of the month.
• All checks returned for any reason will be assessed a returned check fee for the maximum amount allowed by law. The check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs including all attorney's fees, court costs, and taxes.
• Any student may be dropped from the KEP class list at any time if payments are not kept current. If it is necessary to drop a child from the program, the child may be placed in our half-day kindergarten program at the school's discretion. If the half-day kindergarten program is full, the child will be dis-enrolled from Flagstaff Academy, but would be eligible to be added to the waitlist at the parent's' request.
• No reduction or refund of the tuition will be allowed for absence, withdrawal, or dismissal during the school year, for any reason.
